Early career covered operational generalist and specialist roles giving strength in depth particularly in the learning / organisational development space. Successfully operated in several sectors including retail and financial services. Strong commercial acumen with examples of creating and driving HR initiatives aligned to business objectives. Ideally suited to Head of role with an OD component but also capable in a more employee relations focused role. Immediately available.
