“I have been brought in as the National HR Manager to look after all corporate staff across the country, as well as be the Rewards lead for Australia with a global reporting line to the Rewards CEO – so essentially two roles in one. One of the main focuses is to introduce a 3-year Reward and Recognition strategy, not only for corporate, but to assist the 18,000+ employees in McDonald’s owned restaurants. Another key focus is to continue best practice and set up data driven decision making.” - Michael Smith
