Matthew Mayoh, Director

I am originally from the UK and have lived in Sydney since 2009. I’m married with 2 children, and outside of work I spend a lot of time driving to various school activities!  I’m a big football (soccer) fan, I follow the Premier League closely and still play in a veterans league. More recently I’ve become a proud MAMIL (middle‑aged man in Lycra) and completed the 2025 Sydney to Wollongong  ride in support of MS.

Professionally, I started out in HR in London after completing a Post Graduate Diploma and CIPD qualification, before moving into recruitment. For over 20 yrs now I have dedicated myself specifically to hiring for the HR profession. 

I have a real passion for candidate care, ensuring that every person I meet gains some value from their interaction even if they don’t secure a role through me. I also value a collaborative relationship with my clients, relishing the opportunity time to consult on structures, role content, and the availability of talent before going to market.

Over the years, I’ve delivered many successful hires across both generalist and specialist HR skillsets, and I’m proud of my record of never failing to fill a role that I’ve been retained on.
