- Referrals

Selection:
- Screening (calls)
- Longlisting (biographical, in-person meetings)
- Testing (personality & aptitude if requested)
- Shortlisting (includes a detailed summary of why they are suitable)

Guide:
- Prepare Invited Candidates for your Selection Process
- Relay detailed Candidate Feedback
- Act as ‘sounding board’ on Candidate Selection
- Engage with Preferred Candidate(s) and Field Potential Queries
- Provide References on Preferred Candidate(s)

Attach:
- Broker the Offer / Negotiation (if required)
- Support Candidate through Resignation
- Maintain Close Contact with all Parties until the First Day of Employment (and beyond)
