Contingent HR Recruitment
We offer contingent recruitment services for permanent and fixed-term contract openings. The fee will be a competitive percentage rate of the annual guaranteed remuneration, or if you prefer request a fixed fee quotation. Fixed term contracts will be charged on a pro rata basis.
Candidates are usually drawn from those already within our network, and/or some discreet advertising for which we cover the cost.
When you require an external contractor we can offer a daily or hourly rate candidates who will sit on our payroll. These candidates are usually already interviewed, reference checked and ready to start very quickly. Many have previously completed assignments for Capability HR. We provide a WHS induction, a simple electronic timesheet system and all of the essential insurances.
A search is an excellent way to access specific talent in the market with a targeted approach. Where discretion is a priority, this type of assignment can also be handled with a high degree of confidentiality.
HR Search is a common choice for executive level appointments but we find it is also increasingly utilised at the mid and senior level. Capability HR can provide a full search at an overall cost comparable to that of a contingent assignment.
The process can include full market mapping, technical and competency based interviews, psychometric testing, and a face-to-face shortlist presentation.
