What Qualifications should I gain as a HR Professional?

We are often asked this question, and there isn't a definitive answer and of course it depends on the individual. So, we decided to track our network!

The results were incredibly varied and broad.

Alongside core HR credentials like “Certified Practitioner Human Resources – AHRI”, there is a surge in governance capability — multiple leaders completing the “Company Directors Course – AICD”.

Unsurprisingly there’s also rapid growth in AI and digital literacy (e.g. “AI for Business Leaders – UNSW Business School”),

A final observation is that several courses contained a deeper focus on psychosocial risk, and renewed investment in OD, coaching and change.
