One trend that stands out this month is the continued demand for HR Business Partnering capability, with almost half of the listed appointments focused on business partnering roles. This reinforces the importance organisations place on these roles that really are the engine rooms of HR / P&C departments!

The movements also span a broad mix of industries—including consumer goods, financial services, property, manufacturing, leisure and workplace design—indicating that investment in HR capability remains resilient across industries.
